PROFILE
What we are looking for
We particularly welcome applicants with experience in care, healthcare, hospitality, premium service, personal assistance or comparable fields. Relevant training is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is personality, willingness to learn and an exceptional understanding of personal care.
Multilingual skills, willingness to travel, a driving licence and a high degree of flexibility in time and location are major assets. Our companions should carry themselves with confidence, perceive people attentively, and maintain calm, style and discretion even in demanding situations.

GentleCare Private therefore offers – depending on qualifications, scope of assignment and responsibility – a clearly above-average remuneration that, in suitable positions, can be considerably higher than typical industry incomes.
Depending on the role and agreement, benefits such as travel expenses and flights, high-quality accommodation, allowances and additional assignment pay, mobility benefits or a company car, as well as individual bonus models, may form part of the remuneration package.
